Xi'an Jiaotong University International Undergraduate Application:
1.Xi'an Jiaotong University International Student Admission Application Form(to be completed in the International Education School online application system of Xi'an Jiaotong University);

2.Notarized copy of senior high school diploma; texts in languages other than Chinese or English must be accompanied by an officially notarized translation. Graduating students must provide an original certificate of expected graduation issued by their school, and submit the official document upon enrollment and registration;

3.Academic transcripts. Notarized transcripts of all courses completed during senior high school and an explanation of the school's grading system; texts in languages other than Chinese or English must be accompanied by an officially notarized translation; transcripts of unified standardized examinations in the student's home country or internationally recognized standardized examinations (such as A-Level, IBDP, etc.);

4.Language proficiency certificate (such as IELTS, TOEFL, Duolingo, HSK certificate, etc.; native speakers of Chinese/English are exempt upon verification by our university);

5.Score report of the "China Scholastic Competency Assessment" (hereinafter referred to as "CSCA");

6.Letter of recommendation. One letter, issued by the senior high school principal or teacher (the recommender must sign and indicate their email address and contact telephone number);

7.Study plan. Written in Chinese or English, no less than 600 words;

8.Valid ordinary foreign passport (the passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the date of enrollment);

9.Original and notarized copy of theForeigner Physical Examination Record(this form is uniformly printed by the Chinese health quarantine authority and can be downloaded at http://sie.xjtu.edu.cn/en/2.pdf; it must be filled out in Chinese or English. Applicants must strictly undergo examinations according to the items required in the form. The form is invalid if items are missing, if the applicant's photo is not attached or the photo is not stamped with a cross-page seal, or if there is no physician's opinion and hospital signature and stamp. The examination results are valid for six months);

10.Certificate of no criminal record within the validity period;

11.Other supporting materials (if any).

Note:a. Applications with materials that do not meet the requirements will not be accepted;b. Items 2–11 must all be uploaded to the Xi'an Jiaotong University International Education School online application system;c. All materials mentioned above must be in Chinese or English; other languages must be accompanied by a notarized translation;d. During the review process, the university may require students to submit additional materials as needed.e. Applicants for the Environmental Design program must have a strong foundation in fine arts and painting, and must provide a portfolio of independently completed works during the interview; the portfolio must include sketch or color works.


Xi'an Jiaotong University International Master's and Doctoral Degree Application:
Applicants must truthfully fill out and submit the following application materials online in Chinese or English:

1.Chinese Government Scholarship Application Form(to be provided by applicants applying for the CSC scholarship) — to be downloaded after completing the online application in the CSC application system.

2.Xi'an Jiaotong University International Student Admission Application Form— to be completed online in the Xi'an Jiaotong University international student application system.

3.OriginalForeigner Physical Examination Recordand blood test report.

Applicants must strictly undergo examinations according to the items required in theForeigner Physical Examination Recordand fill it out in English or Chinese. (This form is uniformly printed by the Chinese health quarantine authority and can be downloaded at http://sie.xjtu.edu.cn/en/2.pdf.) TheForeigner Physical Examination Recordis invalid if items are missing, if the applicant's photo is not attached or the photo is not stamped with a cross-page seal, or if there is no physician's and hospital signature and stamp. Given that the examination results are valid for six months, applicants should determine the timing of their physical examination accordingly.

4.Original certificate of no criminal record within the validity period.

5.Original and notarized copy of the highest academic degree certificate (graduating students must submit an official certificate of expected graduation issued by their school).

6.Original and notarized academic transcripts starting from the undergraduate stage.
Scanned copies of transcripts should include grades from the undergraduate, master's (if applicable), and doctoral (if applicable) stages, up to the most recent semester. Transcripts must be issued and stamped by the Academic Affairs Office, Graduate School, or relevant student administration department of the institution attended.

7.Letters of recommendation.
Two letters, issued by professors or associate professors. If the applicant has already established an intention with a supervisor at our university, please contact that supervisor to issue theXi'an Jiaotong University International Student Supervisor Recommendation Letteras one of the two letters of recommendation.
