Dalian Medical University Undergraduate Application Materials
(Clinical Medicine and Stomatology Programs, English-Taught)

The application materials are the same as those for the Chinese-taught Clinical Medicine program:

1. One 2-inch color photo of the applicant.

2. Photocopy of passport.

3. Senior high school graduation certificate or equivalent unified examination transcript.

4. English proficiency certificate for applicants from non-English-speaking countries, or proof of English-medium instruction at the secondary school level.

5. Proof of eligibility to study abroad for applicants from countries with special requirements.

6. Health examination report.

7. Financial guarantee certificate.


Dalian Medical University Master's and Doctoral Application Materials:

1. Original or photocopy of the notarized highest academic degree certificate.

2. Original or photocopy of academic transcripts.

3. Two letters of recommendation from professors or associate professors.

4. Photocopy of the *Foreigner Physical Examination Record*.

5. Study or research plan for study in China.
